1. Studio Bookings & Confirmation

All studio sessions at Flerflym (located at 150 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON) require advance scheduling and written confirmation. Base single-session interview packages start at 190 EUR (or applicable Canadian Dollar equivalent at the time of invoicing).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their scheduled session at no additional cost if written notice is received at least 48 hours before the reserved start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% studio reservation charge.

3. Intellectual Property & Footage Ownership

Upon full payment of agreed session fees, the client retains 100% full commercial copyright and ownership of all recorded raw video files, audio tracks, and exported media generated during their session. Flerflym makes no claim to client intellectual property or interview content.

4. Equipment & Studio Conduct

Clients and their guests agree to exercise reasonable care while on the soundstage. Any damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence may be billed to the responsible booking party.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
